The Senior team play Downpatrick in the quarter final of the senior championship on Saturday 30th August at 3.30pm in Newcastle. The players and management certainly won't be taking Downpatrick for granted as a place in the semi-final beckons. The senior team played host to Burren on Friday night. The game finished all square 0-11 to 1-8. The defence held the Burren forwards scoreless for the last twenty minutes. They can count themselves rather unfortunate not to have been awarded a free in deep in stoppage time.
Scor na nOg: A meeting will take place tonight(Wed) at 7.45pm for anyone interested in taking part in Scor na nOg.
